We plan to use QbCheck, an FDA-cleared ADHD testing device that provides objective data to help diagnose and treat attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This advanced QbTest helps us better understand your symptoms and create a personalized care plan.
ADHD has three main symptoms:
- Inattention – Difficulty staying focused on tasks
- Hyperactivity – Excessive movement, like fidgeting or tapping
- Impulsivity – Trouble controlling impulses, such as blurting out answers
The test involves a 20 to 45-minute computer-based task where you’ll focus on maintaining attention and controlling impulses. A web camera tracks your movements using facial recognition technology. Your results will be compared to others of the same age and gender who don’t have ADHD.
After your session, our mental health provider will review the findings with you and email a copy of your report. You’ll also receive a receipt for insurance reimbursement.
